SecureNT Intranet SSL Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SecureNT Intranet SSL, a product of Secure Network Traffic, we provide SSL certificates tailored to the specific requirements of each customer. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Free Trial Before Purchase

We offer a free trial of SecureNT Intranet SSL for 7 or 30 days, depending on the trial option available. The free trial allows customers to evaluate the certificate, test its compatibility with their internal servers and applications, and determine whether it meets their technical and business requirements before purchasing.

Customers are encouraged to complete their evaluation during the trial period and clarify any questions before placing an order.

2. No Refund Policy

All orders are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we do not accept requests for refunds.

This policy applies for the following reasons:

Free trial available: Customers have the opportunity to test SecureNT Intranet SSL before purchasing and confirm its suitability for their intended use.
Custom-generated certificates: Each certificate is generated specifically for the customer based on the details and requirements submitted with the order, including Common Name, Organization Name, City, State, Country, certificate type (Single Domain, Wildcard, Multi-Domain, or Multi-Domain Wildcard), and certificate duration.
Non-transferable product: A certificate generated for one customer’s requirements cannot be reassigned or supplied to another customer as a substitute for a new order.

For these reasons, we do not offer full or partial refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, and the payment is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. This applies where a customer subsequently changes their requirements, decides not to use the certificate, or determines that the product is no longer needed.

Customers should carefully verify their requirements and all order details before submitting an order.

4. Correction of Certificate Details

We understand that customers may occasionally make an unintentional mistake while placing an order. Our correction policy is as follows:

First correction — Free: We allow one correction per order at no additional charge during the validity period of the certificate.
Subsequent corrections — Chargeable: Each subsequent correction request will incur a fee of USD 50 or INR 4,000 plus GST, as applicable, per request.

Every correction requires revocation of the existing certificate and issuance of a replacement certificate incorporating the corrected details. While this process involves additional work and cost, SecureNT absorbs the cost of the first correction per order. The stated fee applies to each subsequent correction request.

All correction requests are subject to technical feasibility and verification by our support team. Customers are advised to carefully review all certificate details, certificate type, and duration before confirming their order.

5. Technical Support

If you experience technical difficulties while installing or using SecureNT Intranet SSL, please contact our support team for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical issues related to the product and its use.

Technical support does not change the non-refundable nature of an order, subject to applicable law.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the applicable courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, subject to applicable law.
